Anyone Good At Making Skins? ^_^

Hi Guys, It's Kantrex. I'm wondering if there is anyone who makes good skins, and could make a girl skin with brown hair, green eyes, a bow in her hair, and some sort of shirt :) Thanks in advance ^_^
