Could be wrong, but pretty sure a skyscraper is a "building", not the 3D sculpture (Statue, model) we're allowed...

Well technically you could make a 3d sculpture of a building but given that this comp is more geared toward unique organic builds a generic tower won't go far

Just pick a plot and start building, remember, those of you who have WE are not allowed to us it.
As a last warning this server is very unstable, it may go down quite a bit so dont come asking me questions every time it goes down lol.
