Renewing Spawn Borders

Hi, I like Opticraft as a server and I think of it as a very successful server with a professional feel and look, however I've recently noticed one problem. The point where spawn ends and free-build starts is a very untidy, highly griefed area. I've set myself a little target to renew these places and make them into a nice community place for everyone.

There's a better solution, and that's reloading chunks. However, if you ask the administration, they will tell you there are larger priorities.

the thing is, you don't have to reload chunks, sometimes
you have to take the long road to get where you want.
I'm willing to raise and donate some ingame money to
provide resources for this project, just msg me ingame.
