banning lapis+ psses in the end

There is not very much land in there, and now most of it (approx. 80%) is being protected by psses :(. Because of this, people arnt able to build large houses on the island, and it became a lot harder to pick the dragon egg up.

This problem doesnt exist in the overworld because there is plenty of land in there, but the end island is small.
