how do you know know someone picked it up? What about you're just late to retrieve your items and plus its legal for a player to pick up items that are solely on the ground, but honestly invis potions haven't caused any problems that I've heard yet.

Apparently I am 2crzy now....

Anyways we decided a long time ago to not ban invisibility potions and we have no plans of reversing our decision now.
