Color Signs For Members

I am a SMP member, and I don't think that it's fair to limit colored signs to trusteds and up. Is there a reason for this, or is it just just because trusteds are one more step up on the OptiCraft hierarchy.

We made it trusted + to add another incentive to the trusted rank.
