Help! Game is Glitching like Crazy

I'm having some problems with glitching.  Instead of just a quick glitch after teleporting, it does it all the time.  This just started today, but it is making the game unplayable.  It does it in SP as well as MP, and with different texture packs.

I think I figured it out.  In Optifine having Chunk Loading set to Multi-Core might have been the issue.

yeahhhh Especially if you don't have said Multi core lol
