As you can tell by the subject name, he is looking for a good house that someone would kindly build for him.
After all he's offering a little $ in exchange.

If your interested, I am thinking about selling mine. You've seen it and almost all it's goodies! I'd want to take a ill more than 100k but may settle close to it if I decide to sell it. I'll let you reply to this before I do anything, I may put it on the trade forum.

I guess I'll ask you to build one. I'd like something close to Radlam' s, but not the same, with lots of secret rooms I don't want you to tell me about so I get to find it xD
