If you google image search "time zone map", it might more visually describe the zones that countries are in around the world ;)

It makes me giggle when young US Citizens think that. GMT 0 is at the Prime Meridian.

I also hate when you look up time zone maps and there are ones with only the US on them. -.-

Thanks for the idea Tobs - posted a pic of a timezone map onto the main post for this topic. There should no longer *crosses fingers* be any need to discuss time zones, as I'm pretty sure every way of finding out has been made easily available for those that do not know how to use Google... lolz ;) Looking forward to seeing you all there!
