No I'm not going to make a video of the spawning. It seems like the spawnrate has gone down even more from low to very low. I don't know what the server is doing to witch spawns or spawns in general but it's should spawn witches at a fast rate now and it doesn't. The witch spawn platforms are the only dark spots in the area, that I know of, of course there could be some hidden cave.

So I found some more unlit caves and lit them up, I came back up top and got this lovely screenie:
