FNVcourierjon(SigilStone):
It's called discussing/arguing.  We learn things from each other like that.

Sometimes we do, sometimes we don't.
If you just say "I don't agree with this" ,without telling us why, we learn absolutely nothing.
Worse, as Goalie said, some people (mostly younger kids) could feel insecure and insignifigant.
Therefore they'll possibly won't post anything anymore in the future, which isn't a good thing, because opticraft is open to everyones suggestions and comments.

However.This "ganging up" has always existed on opticraft.net and always will be. I don't think giving bans will do anything. It also would be too hard to draw the line. When is someone "ganging up" or just sincereley sharing his/hers opninion?

Tiggy shared an interesting opinion that it is because of the postcounts. This probably is a factor but to be fair I think the main reason is because people want to look good. It's mainly recruits/ trusted who are aiming for op/mod who are guilty of acting in this way. They'll just repeat the opinion of a mod/op who has posted before them.

Though, you shouldn't take notice of these comments. If I see a post like "I agree/I disagree" without an eplanation I tend to ignore it. Grow a though skin and focus on the possitive comments, or the negative comments who have an interesting opinion to share.

It's just human nature. This kinda thing is found everywhere. Gain what you can from the positive and negative arguments to make your original argument better.
It builds character too :p

Pensfan121:
I honestly don't know why this is coming up. I don't think a forum banned I needed. Word of advice grow tougher skin. Don't let this kind of thing affect you.

Wyboth:
I've had people be offended by my arguments in the past, when they weren't supposed to be offensive. Gavin threatened to ban me, but later submitted that it would have been a bad choice. Because of this, I cannot support the temporary forum ban suggestion. I think they should only be banned if they are actually being rude. Downplaying suggestions is not rude.
