let everyone use colors on signs

I know that I posted a thread about this, but I think it is really unfair. I think the logic behind trusted plus being able to use this is flawed. First of all, anyone who cares enough about the sever to get an account isn't going to spam signs. Member plus would make more sense in this case. That's my opinion, anyway.

You have to realize that not all Members are going to have a well-disciplined mind. We take all matters into consideration when making decisions, not just a select few.

There is no logic behind our decision. It was simply to add another incentive to the trusted rank. Im not worried about people spamming signs.
