Ban not Active but still cant log on!!

I have been waiting until my ban was up and today I saw that the ban was no longer active but when I tried to log on it still kicked me and said I was still banned.

Any Help :-\!!!

This server runs on central time or UTC -6( i believe). You probably live in europe, asia or just the east coast of the USA.
