Well, my girlfriend is now on her way to Africa and I *finally* have Internet at my new place. Barring any additional unforeseen crisis, I should finally start making more progress on this city. :)

As promised, I present to you some progress!!! So, all my middle-class domes are in three dome clusters connected to a central hub. Two stories under ground (under water) where the three domes meet I've created a little strip mall (type thing). So far I've put in a small Grocery store & Laundromat. I'll put in an entrance to the subway and some other business (any ideas?) later.
I made some more additions to my texture pack too for the grocery store & laundromat. Hopper is around to play tourguide:
