/pinfo command

Hello, I was wondering if a command like /pinfo would be added. Say I did /pinfo LIEKABOWSE, it would say when I joined, how long i've been online so far in this session, what current rank I am, and how much money I have. I have seen other servers with this but none of them would give me the javadocs or any code of it.
note: this would be like the /whois command on Classic.

There is already a way to track someone else's balance, but it's only for Moderators and above to review. We don't need people spying on everyone's balances.

Use /balance to review your own balance.

The rank is pretty obvious. Use /ranks

use /seen (name) to see how long a player has been on or offline.
I believe Nick said they haven't keept track of join dates so there is nothing to do about that part.
note I may be wrong on the join date thing.
