Ender trouble

Hi, I would like some help on Ender farms.

I built a farm with 5 layers with 38 spawning spots on each layer (385 spots) and Yet I never get alot endermen Like I should?

There is 1 nearby farm but It also does not get spawning? ???

Please help me

You got your answer man... There MUST be no farms near yours... If so , the spawns will be 1/2-1/2 ...

That is it? just the 1 farm?
