Maybe we shouldn't be so strict about survival. We vote and get free diamonds, have access to a large quantity of available items at the market. Why can't we just be an economy server, in my opinion, they're way more fun. And if people want to survive, that's their choice; no tping, no voting, simple.

Well we have to keep voting so that people know about us. And we have to give an incentive to vote otherwise a majority of people wont vote.
But I agree with 2crzy. Normal would give a better survival aspect.

I always wanted to suggest turning it up to normal, but I know deep down it just won't happen.

Personally I'm happy on easy. I stay here to talk to my friends and build.
If I wanted a real survival server, I would choose a server on hard with pvp. Diamond prices are too low to even make it hard.
And food is useful, for sprinting. Don't make farms if you don't want them.
