City Application - The Lost Undercity

Hi i'm "spikekiller13" posing as ragequiter13, I have currently misplaced my password :-[ ... I am making a new town after forgetting how to get back to my old town WoodLodge... I think its called that... Any who, My new city A.K.A. UnderCity is a tunnel based city under a winter biome... so lets carry on with the application.
City name: UnderCity

Number of completed, decorated and furnished buildings:2 rooms
What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: It's in mid build... but we are making fast process. In the future we plan to build a blacksmith, a store, and much more.
Why should we grant this city protection? At this point in construction, we do believe we should wait on the protection grant until further changes are made.
Please not the up sides of join the town: When you join you get 2 diamonds, and everyday you stay with us we give you 2 carrots and 2 potatoes.... we will also hold multiple meetings on ideas for more perks.
