Connecting from a known proxy

I am trying to access the server from my desktop at my apartment (which happens to be on a college campus). I keep getting the message:

I think that this has something to do with my using a shared network. Is there anyway that I can have this fixed?

Alright be patient please, I'll have to grab Optical to fix it sorry.

i have messaged the server owner - should be fixed sometime within 6 hours.

sorry you have to wait, this system is a precaution against griefer kids using proxies to log into the server. there are false positives that need to be removed manually, and only optical can do it.
