Mob Grinder

I'm thinking of building a large mob grinder like this one. I realize that this requires 2 lava source blocks. I'm wondering if a mod would be allowed to place these, if I would have to modify existing lava, or if it's allowed at all. I'd rather not go through all of the work to find out that it's not allowed, so I'm posting this first.

Uh, no, just for me. But, I may sell/give away the drops.

Do /helpop lava in game, as long as it doesn't appear to be dodgy, they should place it for you.

You do realize that this kind of mob-spawning activity is a sort of 'in-your-dreams' type of thing on this server...
