Java error?

Hey guys, so I recently updated java, now when I click on Minecraft, this error message pops up. Does anyone know how I can fix this so I can play again? Thanks!

The message:

LIEKABOWSE:
Reinstall java? DO NOT DELETE THE PROGRAM FILES\JAVA FOLDER. Uninstall it with control panel, and reinstall jre 6.

How do I install that older version of Java (jre 6). The only one I can see that is availible to down is the Version 7 Update 9 =/

EDIT: I figured out how, un-installed it, and downloaded Java 6. It works now, thank you so much LIEK!
