It's not really a bug, because the item itself is an entity and behaves the same as picture frames; both can be damaged by other entities (arrows/etc) in which prevented us from re-considering markets with item frame displays instead of the actual block.

Hopefully it can be fixed if it is included in its list of protected items/entities in the latest update of WorldGuard.

This is a pretty useless suggestion. Why a new market? If you don't like it, go to the guest market, that's what I do.
