Also I meant copying and giving the file or something to the person, who used it

Did you even read it? I mean, if they pay for getting expensive blocks ported to singleplayer, whatever, they could just spawn them in, but I think you misunderstood.

Basically  what this is saying (correct me if I'm wrong) is that if someone see a build on the server, like the guestworld castle, for example. They like it, and they want to build it. So, the admin or op can use WorldEdit schematics and copy the building, and they send it to the person that wanted the copy.

Edit: Note that i believe that he was saying that the copy is only going to be used in your SINGLEPLAYER world
