Looking for a co-owner for a town

Hello everyone. I am looking for someone to start a town with. Here are some requirments-

*Preferably someone that is trusted, but if I know you well, then it does not matter the rank.

*LITTLE TO NO BAN RECORD

*I am looking for someone that is good at building.

*Not required, but I would like you to have some ideas of things to put in the town.

State of the project at the current moment
*Looking for land

*Looking for co-owner


Upcoming projects
*Get the border up

*Make a lot of plots

*Possibly city protection

*Egg farm, Food farm, Xp farm (If a spawner is found),Redstone lighting system hooked up to day/night sensor, Animal Farms, Cactus farm, and more.

Are you good at Building?- Not for decoration, but I can make good designs for buildings.

Just a few side notes:
My building based on decorative blocks is great, but the shape may look ugly. But trust me, it may not look pretty, but whatever I build does its job very well. I can make great piston doors, including a super compact 4x4 door. Also, never been banned from any server. Opticraft is the only server I will ever play on other than a survival games server which I rarely go on unless I bring Opticraft friends with me. Thank for reading this.

I will need to talk to both of you in game before a decision is made. As of right now, neither applications are accepted/rejected.
