hacked, need to be banned

Now, somehow, this person completley overrode my security, firewall, passwords, etc.

lol you are giving some kid a lot more credit than you should. congrats, you got tricked into downloading some terrible backdoor trojan. you are not the target of some elite hacker.
pull the "important for school" files out of the recycle bin and reformat/reinstall windows. no need to have a month of down time, lol.

Or better yet, go back to a restore point before you had downloaded whatever caused this. I had installed a program, thinking that it would help, which really slowed down my computer-- I did a system restore and my computer went back to normal.

I think your misunderstanding what im trying to say.
I was not able to control my mouse and keyboard because someone else was moving it! I was watching the screen as the mous moved over my icons, deleted ****, and typed in commands in CMD.exe. I did not download ANYTHING in the past 2 months, except minecraft.exe because i had to reload it after it crashed terribly. He was accesing things that i had super-long passwords on, and things that I never even knew I had on the computer! I need to recover all my files, cause they ARE NOT in the recycle bin, change all my passwords, and figure out what I actually have on my computer, and thats why I need so much time.

Restore. Your. Computer. 2 hours max and you will be back. I think you are still just being trolled by someone with a VNC client. Or better yet a sibling with a wireless mouse.
