Most plugins like this require some sort of API to run. (application programming interface) which basically means a program to run a program, in this case a plugin to run a plugin. Spout is a common API.

In other words it's not as simple as making a broadcast plugin. But that being said, it's still a nice idea.

It doesn't work very well with Essentials since each group inherit other permissions. Luckily the server permissions are based on pex, at least from what I know.

I was showing that as an example really. I'm sure if this suggestion went through, Optical would most likely code it himself.

But i don't really care if it happens or not because mainly everyone knows who is mod, operators, trusted, admin
It would look cool but it is not really useful.

Most mods, when it is a simple water placement don't speak when they first tp to the ticket. They just look around for where water should be placed. Thats why it might be useful.
