We're going to start working on the entrance and the docks for the boats. After that we're going to work from the center of the city out.
Why should we grant this city protection?: I would appreciate protection so nobody builds on the land. We can't do anything about it if they do because it's not protected. Also, this isn't going to be like most cities where there are residents that make houses there to live, this is going to be a custom themed city with detailed builds, so it's not going to look bad.
