Fort Chip is an island owned by Chipaton. It has one apartment building in which you may apply to live in. You may only build outside of your room is granted permission by myself. Fort Chip is a district of Marine City. There is a free to use railway connecting to the main island of Marine City. Each room cost $2000 with no tax or monthly fee.To apply, look towards the bottom of the post for a template.

Why you should be allowed a room:

As a soldier your job is to inform me of any grief on the island and to kill all hostile mobs. You will gain access to the Resting Quarters, Observation Tower, and Utility Room. Also you will be called upon the help in time of war or if needed to help build a creation. You will collect iron from the iron farm in the back right of the island. You may keep 1/2 of the iron you get.  Please follow the application below.
