I have been absent for months now and I'm back on now, but when I logged on, I saw ops rank "Builder." Can somebody please explain this to me?

The reason that you see some ops now builders is because Nick has demoted some inactive ops or some ops resigned at their on request. The reason why there isn't much players on is because opticraft isn't on the top of list on the classic server list.
