Same problem happened to me a while ago. The way to do it without changing your browser is to just hit tab and then enter. But I changed my browser to firefox, which also works. It is much better than Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, in my opinion.

Make sure all of your plugins are up to date. Make sure you dont click ""postpone"" on the updates that pop up every few weeks. Updates are usually the source of problems like this, if that doesnt help you then I suggest trying firefox as they suggested.
