Also, I would like to announce I am doing a cleanup. This place had been here since my start on Opticraft, meaning there is indeed a lot of wear and tear. I am also selling the old farm I once owned for a small price. If nobody wants it, I will simply take it down.

By the way, I should also clear things up. Your plot is simply on a Small-Large-Massive basis. It really isn't an exact size.

The sizes you can choose from are...
Small (About 21x21)
Medium (About 41x41)
Large (About 61x61)
Extreme (About 100x100)
Massive (EXTREMELY massive area, could possibly spread across multiple chunks.

Filling out the application actually helps me best to decide your fee. Yes, you may choose the initial payment option (the one-time fee).

Edit- added new rank! Patrol rank is given to moderators regardless whether they are a member of SniperTown, and check every now and then for grief and other rule-breakers. Chipaton, if you like you may apply for that in my applications topic. (There is a pay for Patrol :D)
