Thought it said "haunted warehouse" when I quickly read the title :P  so....

1. Gold sword, got to have swag when killing ghost and ghouls
2. Smitness and fire, Burn the daemons
3. around 6-7 thousand, got to be spending my time researching this house before entry
4. 4 days, great amount of time for make sure them creatures are terrified of me
5. I'll tell people if I make it out alive ;)

(Yes I will actually buy the weapon)

oh, sorry then i will not be buying i need it with efficency and Unbreaking with the silk.

oh, sorry then i will not be buying i need it with efficency and Unbreaking with the silk.

It would be efficiency and unbreaking, just not the maximum levels of the two.
