You could "spice" up my aqua centre, it had a large (I mean large) pool, water slides, lazy river & jacoozy. Since I use it, you can rent it out for like 2k. You might just think it's a hole with water in it, but you might like it ;).

Have hidden wooden walkways that trigger open flooring. Makes them fall down a level, just like a room likewise.

Stuttgart has a giant convention center for events like this, if you're interested I could possibly finish the roof and put in some floors on it.
