its a good idea but it wont work, ive tried it with my own town. but i dont give out loans cuz ppl wouldnt pay them back, they would take the money once and run cuz no one will think about a long term idea.
   with my bank i took in money, wrote it down on a sign with their name, and added interest every week. the problem is, the interest comes out of my own money.
   my bank is still running but thats cuz i dont have anyone living in my town anymore :p
