i am extremley impressed by this city personally so it deffiatally has my aproval all i need is for Felix to recomend it after he visits it and i will aproove. I am personally going to check this out also though just because the live map looks extremly cool.

I am designing a custom texture pack to go specifically with my city, so there are plenty of things that look *much* better with my pack than otherwise.

Personally I don't like this..... I Love it!!! Not just a really well designed and laid out build, but a fantastic concept too!

Everything about this build I like - From the different living quarters complete with working showers, seating arrangements and relaxation areas. The communal areas with restaurant type facilities, offices/labs right through to the Submarine base - Great stuff!!!

I definitely Recommend this to the GN!! Great work Ozzy!!!

as soon as I get the materials and land I need.. SANDLANDS IS MOVING!!

I will be moving to the new guest world as there is more available land there, and it can be nice to have guests in a town (i wont explain why)
my builds will be bigger and better, and I will be much farther from a warp as I was before, making my grief issues much more containable

I will miss u being my neighbor Felix, but after I get all my crap cleared out I give you permission to claim the land I u desire as I will not be nearing it anymore. If I do end up needing something there I will contact you

I may be needing a lot of help for this, as I plan on making this town as big as it needs to be instead of expanding it whenever I ran out of room (it still boggles me why I didn't take Felix's land before he started building there.

This will be tough on my part,  but I am willing to work with it, so bear with me everyone!!
cause I won't give up!!!
