Good point about Italian voting for his own city I'll remember that next time
(FNV does not count because he does not own a city in the nations[yet])
However it is the 2nd and the poll is closed with or without Italian voting for himself everyone voted yes to the city's promotion.

Btw thanks for voting everyone, kinks are still being worked out in the system since it has only been used three times so I appreciate the patience and advice. :)
Also just so everyone knows if you think a city deserves to be promoted or demoted (and you are a council member) you can say so
