The City of Paratopia: All aps are closed

Also a couple of things first off Italian check out the GN page and try to make a city page soon please

Second I was thinking about hiring someone to work in a town farm that I might be building in one of the two city locations
If you are interested please post to let me know I will look up your ban history and get back to you.

Basically the job would consist of:
-harvesting crops
-placing them into a city chest
-replanting them

Requirements would be that:
-You are a member+
-you do not have too many bans or any over the top bans

Payment would be:
-a free plot in the city of your choosing (central or bay colony)
-plus access to everything a citizen can access

*when you receive the plot you must begin building on it in a few days and finish within reasonable time because I have been having problems with people doing this.
**Plots will be 21x21 unless none are open.
***if no 21x21 plots are open I will give you the option of taking an 11x11 or waiting for a 21x21 to open up.

The farm is complete please post if you are interested in the job

The Capitol building has been expanded come check it out

New comers want a nice home you can store stuff in? And live in a patrolled city preventing grief? We sell houses

Also I'd like to let new opti members know that Paratopia has some smaller homes in the old part of town. They are very nice and come with access to a brewing stand, furnace(s), and a fully leveled up enchanting table, plus a place to keep your things. The older houses range anywhere from $25 to $2000 so there is a little something for everyone. Especially since they come in all sizes and themes.
However in the "old" part of town I do retain ps and /lwc ownership, however all amenities (chests, furnaces, rooms) can be used by you and only you at all times.

Also both Paratopia and bay colony sell plots and as far as I know I'm one of the cheapest places.
However, due to the problems I've had with people and plots I require that you apply on this forum thread for the plot, and I'm going to start enforcing some rules about build quality and deadlines (reasonable deadlines of course, I will give you time if you need it as long as I see progress)

But new members consider Paratopia! We're a growing city with a lot to offer and not too expensive, we have farms, markets games and houses, so come live in Paratopia!
