I've seen the incredibly unnecessary outbursts after guests taunt you. Instead of simply ignoring them, you yell at them in caps and it takes time to finally calm you down. From what I've been reading, you've been working on it. I sure hope this is true because as a friend and observer, I have full confidence that you can be a great Operator some day.

I support you (on the condition that you keep working on your control ;))

 Reading some of the comments, I can remember two times where you went crazy after something small happened. Aside from that, Good luck! :)
