Selling Huge Island Property (SOLD please lock this)

Me and Kian1354 decided to sell a huge island given to us for free by O_Midgetized in the Guest World.  However, it is not protected, but it is in the middle of nowhere and is rarely griefed.  The live map link is below.

Includes:
PLENTY of land and space
Spire (Tree, pumpkin, melon, and sugar cane farms)
Spleef arena
Colored sheep farm (some sheep have been killed)
Dome
XP farm
PLENTY of other buildings (including a palace and small village non npc)

Starting bid: 100k (lesser price can be negotiated)
Bid increasement:500
Buyout price: 250k
Auction ends 3 days after the last bidder

I would suggest lowering the price, I mean it looks like you have a lot of great stuff but with the loss of the pumpkin farms many players are being more careful with their money
