are making a village at lay 200m above the sea
With villagers , sheeps , cows , pigs
free acces to all of it but
But I , KillAndSurf and techdude98 Will talk about the price
It wont be less then 10k
cuz you get free acces to all farms
You can buy acces or acces and a house with 1 villager / 2 villagers  DON'T BREED If u have 2 ( have a iron door as your door )
We got now a sheep , cow pig farm ( there will be a iron golem farm ( yes yes it is allowed ))
We are making a mushroom farm ( 25x25 ) with mycilium
The People that can buy houses , acces need to be a trusted cuz we dont want that the villagers get killed ( or a very good friend )

Hey I can sell you some villagers if you like. I can also build a breeding device so you can get more npc

Don't need i got already many villagers around the 40 i used 25 in my iron golem farm that works now :D
