This would be a easy task since all you would have to do is copy and paste the servers map to a file hoster such as mediafire. I always wanted to put my Opticraft house into my regular world but i can never get it right. I know this would be a huge file probably but, i know of other severs that do this, and i like the idea

This has already been discussed and has been declined.  If the map was downloadable people could download the map, load it up, use all the cheats they want to locate stuff, then use that information on the server itself.  In short, it would make it impossible to know if someone was cheating or not.  That's why it won't happen.

The server does use worldedit though, and if you make something extremely epic (I'm talking mind blowing) there might be a VERY slim chance, if you ask nicely, that either Nick or Opti will export the schematic for you.

I'd just like to point out the part where I not only said "very slim chance", I also emphasized the "VERY"...  Odds are, not gonna happen, but if you catch them in an extremely good mood you never know, stranger things have happened.

There is 1 possibility-- I do believe that we still have the old SMP map (The 1.8 SMP Map)
