You simply do /lottery buy <amount> , In amount you just put the amount of tickets you wanna buy. 10$ a ticket.

No, it's still $100 a ticket. Most likely just a typo on Salas' part.

Mshour has spent like $275,000 on tickets - its completly random, the more you spend the higher chance you have.
