I have seen this feature on multiple economic servers and thought this would be good for this server. I hope you all know what it is but I will still provide a brief explanation. Users purchase tickets through commands like "/lottery buy (number)"   and "/lottery" to view the pot and info such as last winner, current tickets user is holding and cost of a ticket (usually 1000ea). The drawing can range in time period and such. I'm guessing you guys already know of this feature and probably don't like it but I would very much enjoy a lottery system :)
