Opticraft Prom - Plans for the future

With the member world coming out soon, you might be able to find more room on your next venue, as long as room does remain.
A suggestion would be to make some sort of indoor space that can be easily modifiable for different venues and/ or for different themes for a certain venue, such as the Opticraft Prom.

Another suggestion is getting PS Stones for the venue. To prevent griefing and such.

Why would you like to be Prom Staff?: Not sure if it's staff per-say, as to volunteer myself as DJ for the events. I do on-air DJing for a legally registered internet radio station, which means I have access to a massive music library and the ability to do live streaming to thousands of users. I've recently gotten permission to use the "test stream" for events that take place when other radio shows are scheduled, so I would only need a few weeks notice (to schedule my life) prior to the event. All players would need in order to tune in is Windows Media Player, or almost any other player capable of opening a URL, and a link to the test stream which I would provide on signs at the event.

The 9pm AEST prom was awful, sorry but it was. Need proper planning for it, not just throwing different timezones in at the last minute. =\ I swear no one was in charge. Nor did anyone know it was on.
