Water is given to trusted for their usage.

What I would like to see more is people not using /helpop for water.  If you say in General that you need water, it still creates a ticket for mods, but also allows Trusted players to see you need water.  I'm really happy when I appear at a water request and a trusted tells me that they've got it handled.  Huge pat on the back to the trusted that do this.  You make my job a lot easier, and let me get to players who can't be helped by anyone but a Mod.
