I don't remember which builder it was, but what he did was when he saw someone that was griefing, he would say ,"Don't grief my question cube, or else I will be very mad!" therefore causing the griefer to do the opposite, which turned out to be a very effective way of doing things as 3 people were banned in the period of about 10 minutes.
