Double Spawner + skele spawner auction

It comes with a /home setup there and a double xp farm and then maybe 50 blocks away a skele farm.

No it is not an auto spawner but I could easily gain 10 lvls in about 15 minutes if you use it correctly

Who's /home is setup there and does it come as part of the purchase? (i.e. that /home won't move)
