Personally, I don't like to force people to make applications simply because it's just a town-- not a large, established city.

If it becomes too big of a deal, I may have to start doing town applications, but I don't wanna force-feed people to do town acceptance.

Basically, if you can build a decent house or mansion without making it look like a 'cobblestone box' or the equivalent, I'm fine with that. It doesn't have to be well-crafted, but I do encourage the house to look nice.
