Bottle o' Enchanting

As d00m said, however you will need to explore to unloaded chunks to find these emeralds, or go on the new members world (which should hopefully be released soon) and explore there, again these emeralds can only be found in 2 bioms so they will be rare to find and yet again NPC villagers are hard enough to find (alive).
Good luck with that, the bottels will be VERY rare to get.

Love the idea but if it wasn't a mod it might take some codeing as some might think...

Alright since I agree that opticalza won't wanna lose sales off buying 50 levels, how about a plugin to donate XP? Besides, mods could then do this to those who get killed from a troll setting their home in lava and losing their xp.
