New "Trade" Forum Section

There seems to be a sharp increase in the number of topics selling "Fortune 53 Mining Picks" and "4,000 sq m mansion with five bedrooms and four bathrooms" etc.  IMO, there's enough of them to warrant their own forum section, called "Trade", in which all buying and selling requests would go, for items, properties, and usage of spawners.

The General Discussion forum does seem to get a little busy. I'm for this.

A trade section has already been suggested here. <--- this suggestion, not only has trade, but many other things as well.
